Lodari / Zerick Win B.A.I.T. TN-I on Watts Bar

Kent Lodari and Dan Zerick took top honors with three huge largemouth weighing 18.03 lbs. They earned a cool $1400.00 for their efforts on Sunday, March 9, 2008. The weather was cold to start and only warmed up to a mild 50 °F. Second place went to Wandell Lusk and Scott Seaton with five fish weighing 15.51 lbs. worth $900.00. Third place went to Carl Post and Ricky Robinson with five fish weighing 14.64 lbs. worth $600.00. Fourth place went to Max Carlton and Charles Whited with five fish weighing 14.27 lbs. worth $450.00. Fifth place went to Jimmy White and Steve Taylor with 12.04 lbs. worth $350.00. Sixth place went to Lee Varner and Travis Anderson with 11.84 lbs. worth $250.00. Seventh place went to Robbie Snow and Cliff Rowland with 10.83 lbs. worth $200.00.

There were 56 boats competing in Sunday's cool event and over $6000.00 in cash and prizes was given away. Good hot coffee, cold drinks and snacks were also furnished. Largemouth lunker went to Kent Lodari and Dan Zerick weighing 7.30 lbs. and was worth $280.00. Smallmouth lunker went to Robbie Snow and Cliff Rowland weighing 5.75 lbs. and was worth $280.00. Tim Smiley and Mike Lowe won the first half Angler of the Year points to earn themselves $500.00 extra. Remember that this tournament is also the first tournament for the second half Angler of the Year points.
