| 2010 B.A.I.T CLASSIC |

The 2010 B.A.I.T. Classic will be held September 24th & 25th on Lake Wheeler at Joe Wheeler State Park. Pre-registration for qualified teams must received prior to September 17th and should be mailed to B.A.I.T. at P.O. Box 9, Heiskell, TN 37754. Registration will occur Thursday, September 23rd from 1 pm to 6 pm. First place will be a fully rigged 2011 Nitro Z-9 with a 225 hp. Mercury Optimax Pro XS. The entry fee is $150 per team with an optional $20 lunker fee. The host hotel is the Economy Inn - 15936 Highway 72 - Rogersville, Al 35652 - Phone: (256) 247-5416. | B.A.I.T WELCOMES NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM |
As you are aware from Bud, Doug and Donna's letter, B.A.I.T. is now under new management. Sunny DeFOE (TN-I Director), Chris Covington (TN-III Director) and Leighanne Covington will take over as President, Vice-President and Secretary, respectively. Sunny and Chris will continue to run their TN division trails as well. We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of Bud, Doug and Donna. READ MORE.

| KY II Results from 8/14/10 |
Kentucky II had its last tournament for the season this past weekend at KY Dam Village Marina Resort St Park on Kentucky Lake. First place worth $350 went to Richie Meulth of Henderson, KY and Harry Barber of Madisonville, KY. The winning team had four largemouths and one smallmouth weighing 15.74 lbs. The biggest bass worth $50 went to Rick Murray and Mike Butler of Indiana with a largemouth weighing 4.67 lbs. We would like to congratulate our winners and invite everyone to join us again next year for the 2011 fishing season. We would also like to thank all the out of state teams that fished with us this year. We appreciate your support.
Congratulation also goes to Johnny Shelley and Gary Washer of Murray, KY for being Kentucky’s Division II Anglers of the Year. Shelley and Washer had 56.72 lbs of fish and 2084 points after fishing all 7 tournaments with us this year. Shelley and Washer’s team and Dennis Cooper and James Dilday’s team of Dresden, TN have both qualified to attend the National Classic.
A big thanks goes to all our local sponsors for this year. | VA I RESULTS FROM TOURNAMENT ON CHEROKEE - 6/6/10 |

Virginia I held it's last tournament of the 2010 season on Cherokee Lake, on Sunday June 6th. The weather was cloudy and the rain did hold off until the weigh in. First place went to the team of Jackie Nicely and Elvin Helton with a catch of 15.76 pounds, earning them $650.00. Second place went to the team of Jamie Goodin and Kevin Hatfield with 14.34 pounds, this team also had big largemouth of 4.88 pounds, earning them $550.00. Third place went to the team of Kevin Powers and Tony Street with a catch of 12.31, earning them $160.00.

It was a beautiful day on Ft. Loudoun Saturday May 15, 2010 for the last regular season qualifying tournament of B.A.I.T.'s TN-I division. Forty - eight boats showed up to compete Saturday. Craig Powers and John West took first place honors with a nice limit of bass weighing 21.05 lbs. [ Read More ]

Congrats to the team of Jim (pictured) & Corey Neece, winners of the VA II tournament held Sunday, March 28th on Booke Lake. Largemouth lunker was 6.24 and the winning weight was 17.95.
